Manage Heart Rate and Activity with an App
Receive Personalized One-on-One Consultations with Experts
Gwangsan District in Gwangju announced on the 14th that it will operate a mobile health management service using a smartphone app. Through the app, users can record basic health data such as heart rate, step count, and calories burned, and receive one-on-one consultations with public health center experts who provide personalized health management plans.
The service, called 'Mobile Healthcare,' aims to help residents who face economic or time constraints in managing their health to develop healthy habits in their daily lives.
Participants can download the 'Chaeum Health' app, enter their biometric information, and receive non-face-to-face health consultations on topics such as diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits for six months. Depending on their health status, devices such as activity trackers may be provided, and up to three free health checkups are available during the service period. Gwangsan District is recruiting participants until the 25th. For more details, contact the Usan Health Living Support Center.
District Mayor Park Byungkyu said, "We will actively support citizens in enhancing their ability to manage their own health using digital technology."
