Yujin Investment & Securities (CEO Yu Chang-soo, Ko Kyung-mo) announced on the 14th that it will carry out an organizational restructuring and personnel appointments to lay the foundation for sustainable future growth and enhance the competitiveness of its core businesses.
The core of this organizational restructuring is digital innovation and business competitiveness enhancement. Yujin Investment & Securities has established the 'Digital Innovation Division' to make company-wide digitization a key pillar of future growth and to accelerate related projects. CEO Ko Kyung-mo will concurrently serve as the head of this division to increase the execution power of digital strategies, and under it, the 'Digital Business Office' will be newly established and placed alongside the existing IT Headquarters to create synergy between organizations.
Structural reorganization was also carried out to improve operational efficiency and strengthen business profitability. The existing IB division has been abolished and split into the 'Corporate Finance Headquarters' and the 'Structured Finance Headquarters' to enhance specialization, sophistication, and execution capabilities in each field.
Strategic changes are also being promoted in the bond sector. Within the Bond Finance Headquarters, a new 'Bond Solutions Office' has been established, and the existing single CM (Capital Market) team has been expanded into three teams. This will improve profitability in the bond brokerage area and establish a foundation to respond more agilely to market changes.
Yujin Investment & Securities also announced personnel appointments following this organizational restructuring. The restructuring and personnel changes will take effect from today.
