About 300 delegates and local council members from the Jeonnam Goheung, Boseong, Jangheung, and Gangjin regional committees of the Democratic Party of Korea, including Assemblywoman Moon Geumju, held the "Yoon Seokyeol Impeachment and Dismissal Report and Regime Change Party Member Resolution Meeting" on the afternoon of the 12th at the Boseong Nonghyup main conference room in Jeonnam. Moon Geumjoo, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea (head of the regional committee for Goheung, Boseong, Jangheung, and Gangjin in South Jeolla Province), announced on the 13th that a 'Report on the Impeachment and Removal of Yoon Sukyeol and Party Members' Resolution Rally for Regime Change' was held on the afternoon of the 12th at the main conference hall of Boseong Agricultural Cooperative in South Jeolla Province.

Approximately 300 people, including local delegates, local council members, and key party members, attended the event. The resolution rally was organized to report the historic victory in which all citizens, united in purpose, judged Yoon Sukyeol?responsible for and the ringleader of the 12.3 rebellion?and to pledge regime change for the complete victory of the people.

In his opening address, Moon stated, "The removal of Yoon Sukyeol is the resolute command of the people and a judgment on the power that trampled on constitutional order," emphasizing, "The remaining task is the complete eradication of the rebellion forces and a new beginning for Korea through an overwhelming regime change."

Moon continued, "Regime change is not a choice, but an inevitable mission for the restoration of democracy," adding, "All our people must unite their strength to accomplish this great task."

Participants at the event chanted the slogan, "Overwhelming victory in the presidential election, the real Korea," reaffirming their strong determination. Starting with this event, the Democratic Party's Goheung, Boseong, Jangheung, and Gangjin regional committee will begin practical actions for victory in the presidential election and will work to achieve a major reform in Korea.
