Uljugun Family Center (Director: Lim Daewan) held the weekend program "Working Family Day" on the 12th for a total of 37 members of dual-income families to improve family relationships.
This program was designed to help dual-income families create special memories with their children and relieve the burden of childcare.
Various educational and experiential activities were provided for the participants, including parent education on developmental characteristics and play methods for early childhood, children's art, family-based ranch experiences, and pizza-making programs.
Participants said, "While we attended parent education, our children were able to participate in art activities, so we could receive education without worrying about childcare," and added, "As a dual-income family, we rarely have time together, so having this opportunity made today a happy day."
An official from the Uljugun Family Center said, "We hope that dual-income families, who lead busy lives balancing work and parenting, were able to reduce the burden of childcare and spend happy time with their families through this program," and added, "We will actively support various programs to foster a family-friendly culture."
