This event was organized by the Happiness Sharing Family Volunteer Group (led by Ko Jaesam), a family volunteer organization affiliated with the Yeongju City Family Center. Over 200 Yeongju citizens and related personnel attended, enjoying a hands-on family festival together.

On the day of the event, the entire Yeongju Eoullim Family Center building was opened to the public, featuring experience booths, performances, and sharing programs.

The event included a puppet show by the 'Rainbow Puppet Theater', traditional Filipino dance and Zumba performances by members of the 'Philippine Self-Help Group', a small Anabada market, and a 'Find the Place in the Photo!' mission event, all of which received enthusiastic responses from citizens.

In particular, the Rainbow Puppet Theater and the Philippine Self-Help Group are programs mainly operated by marriage immigrant women, who showcased the skills they have honed over time on stage. In addition, part of the proceeds from the Anabada market was donated to the local community, providing an opportunity to reflect on the value of sharing among citizens.

Citizens who participated in the event shared various impressions, such as "I was curious because it was called a festival, and I was very satisfied because there were many things for children to enjoy and plenty to see," "I was happy to know that the proceeds from the items I bought would be donated," "I was glad that such an event was held in our area and enjoyed strolling around while watching," and "It was a really enjoyable time with various experiences, performances, and food."

Hwang Mija, Director of Yeongju City Family Center, said, "I am happy that many citizens were able to come together and share love and happiness through this festival, just like our center's motto 'Adding Love.' We will continue to prepare various programs where all families can enjoy and communicate together, contributing to the creation of a warm local community."

Ko Jaesam, leader of the Happiness Sharing Family Volunteer Group, said, "I felt regret as all activities had to be conducted non-face-to-face for several years due to COVID-19. Meeting in person, laughing, and talking together made me realize once again how precious these moments are, and I was reminded that sincerity can be conveyed through even a small gesture or a warm greeting. I hope to continue these valuable encounters, grow together, and keep practicing sharing through our volunteer group activities."

Since relocating and reopening in November last year, the Yeongju City Family Center has continued to communicate with local residents in a pleasant environment and aims to establish itself as an open space where anyone can participate through various family support programs.
