Kepco MCS Gwangju Jeonnam Branch Delivers Donation for Wildfire Relief

KEPCO MCS Co., Ltd. Gwangju Jeonnam Branch and 25 other business offices donated 2.96 million won to support wildfire victims. Provided by Gwangju Community Chest of Korea

Gwangju Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Park Cheolhong, hereinafter referred to as Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae) announced on the 12th that Korea Electric Power MCS Co., Ltd. (KEPCO MCS) Gwangju-Jeonnam Branch and 25 other business offices have donated 2,960,000 KRW to support wildfire victims.

The donation ceremony, held on the 11th, was attended by Song Sambong, Head of KEPCO MCS Gwangju-Jeonnam Branch, Park Heungcheol, Secretary-General of Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae, and staff members.

The donated funds were raised by all employees of KEPCO MCS Gwangju-Jeonnam Branch to help restore the lives and support the recovery of local residents affected by the recent wildfires.

Song Sambong, Head of KEPCO MCS Gwangju-Jeonnam Branch, said, "I hope that this small but warm donation can bring hope to neighbors suffering from wildfire damage," and added, "KEPCO MCS Gwangju-Jeonnam Branch will continue to contribute to the local community by sharing, supporting, and encouraging neighbors in need."
