The donation ceremony was attended by Chae Jongseong, Chairman of the Korean Red Cross Ulsan Branch, and Park Sunghoon, Executive Director of S-OIL.
This support was carried out to promote a culture of sharing in the local community and to activate volunteer activities for supporting vulnerable groups. The donation will be used to purchase baking ingredients and bakery equipment such as dough fermenters for the Bread Sharing Center, enabling volunteers to participate in baking service activities.
In particular, after the ceremony, S-OIL employees directly participated in the baking volunteer activity, making bread together with volunteers and personally delivering it to welfare facilities and underprivileged groups in the Ulsan area, sharing a warm moment.
The Ulsan Red Cross Bread Sharing Center operates about 310 times a year. Last year, a total of 2,500 volunteers participated, delivering heartfelt bread to approximately 42,000 people.
In addition to this activity, S-OIL is also leading various public interest projects such as the Sunshine Sharing Campaign, support for vulnerable groups, environmental protection activities, and scholarship support, as well as supporting the expansion of cultural and artistic foundations in the Ulsan area.
