Jung Hee-min, CEO of POSCO E&C, has been officially confirmed as the 36th president of the Korea Gymnastics Association.

The Korea Gymnastics Association announced on the 11th, "Jung Hee-min, CEO of POSCO E&C, was registered as the sole candidate and confirmed as the president-elect." Earlier, the association held a board meeting on the 6th of last month, formed an election management committee, and then proceeded with the presidential election process.

The newly appointed CEO Jung Hee-min graduated from Inha University with a degree in Architectural Engineering. He gained practical experience and leadership recognition by serving in key positions such as Head of the Architecture Business Office and Head of the Architecture Business Division at POSCO E&C. In December last year, he was inaugurated as CEO of POSCO E&C, establishing himself as a core figure within the group.

Since 1985, the POSCO Group has been serving as the chairman company of the Korea Gymnastics Association, investing over 20 billion KRW to support the development of Korean gymnastics. With CEO Jung Hee-min’s inauguration, the Gymnastics Association is expected to build a more strategic operational system along with a stable sponsorship foundation.
