Na Kyung-won Declares Presidential Candidacy: "I Will Protect Republic of Korea Until the End"

Breaking the Leftist Cartel and Establishing a System to Check Imperial Parliament
Na: "Democratic Party's Acts Are Anti-State Treason... Constitutional Amendment and Other Pledges"

Na Kyung-won, a member of the People Power Party, declared her presidential bid on the 11th, vowing to protect the Republic of Korea against former Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung.

Na held a declaration ceremony in front of the main stairs of the National Assembly building and stated, "I will restore the collapsing Republic of Korea and open an era of true national victory. I will defeat the dangerous candidate Lee Jae-myung and create a history of victory as the only sure-win candidate to save Korea."

Defining the essence of the June 3 early presidential election as a systemic war, Na raised her voice, saying, "I dare say this is the second Korean War, a war for the founding of the nation."

She continued, "Since former President Yoon Seok-youl's election, the Democratic Party led by Lee Jae-myung has been scheming for an early election, holding as many as 178 impeachment resignation rallies, attempting impeachment 30 times, proposing special prosecutor laws 23 times, and pushing through 38 politically motivated bills to induce vetoes. In the process, they continued anti-government agitation by shouting slogans identical to those in the indictment and verdict of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions spy case, such as 'Resignation is mourning' and 'Is this a country?'"

In particular, she accused Lee and the Democratic Party of treasonous acts, including the Progressive Party's entry into the National Assembly, abolition of the National Intelligence Service's counterintelligence investigation authority, reduction of spy and drug investigations, blocking the passage of the spy law amendment, and attempts to abolish the National Security Act. Na questioned, "If this is not anti-state treason, then what is it? Do we want a Korea where spies and drugs run rampant?"

Na also emphasized, "In this systemic war, even if our People Power Party regains power in this election, we will still have to face a ruthless giant opposition as a minority ruling party. Those who do not understand the National Assembly and politics cannot do this. With my political skills as a five-term lawmaker, Na Kyung-won can do it."

Her presidential pledges include a four-year single-term presidency, a National Assembly-recommended responsible prime minister system, a 2028 constitutional amendment featuring a power structure reform dividing foreign and domestic affairs, and simultaneous general and presidential elections. She also mentioned introducing a parliamentary dissolution right under certain conditions and establishing a parliamentary check system such as a fraud impeachment prevention law.

She pledged reforms of the Election Commission, which has been controversial due to 'employment corruption' and 'basket voting,' abolition of the High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Office (HOCI), and dismantling the leftist judicial cartel.

Na proposed the '1·4·5 Project,' which stands for raising the potential growth rate by over 1%, achieving a national income of $40,000, and becoming a G5 economic power. She also called for the establishment of the 'Korean-style Government Efficiency Department (K-DOGE),' abolition of the parliamentary immunity from arrest, and vowed to realize nuclear armament within one year through consultations with the United States to completely eliminate North Korea's nuclear threat.

In education and welfare, she promised ultra-low interest loans of 200 million won for newlyweds, normalization of school exam evaluations, and consideration of introducing a 100% admission system for the College Scholastic Ability Test twice a year.
