No Tae-moon delivers first message as Acting Head of DX Division
No Tae-moon, Acting Head of Samsung Electronics Device Experience (DX) Division, urged on the 11th, "Let's reorganize existing work methods and create an efficient and agile organizational culture." This is his first message issued 10 days after taking on the role of Acting Head of the DX Division on the 1st, following the passing of the late Han Jong-hee, Vice Chairman and Head of the DX Division.

On the same day, Acting Head No sent an email to the members of the DX Division, stating, "Let's lead change through flexible and agile execution."
He continued, "Let's connect the strengths of the DX Division to create greater value," and urged, "Under the motto 'One Samsung,' let's cooperate organically between business units." 'One Samsung' was also a keyword introduced by Vice Chairman Han when he assumed the position of Head of the DX Division in December 2021. Acting Head No emphasized, "We must respond quickly and flexibly to the flow of change," adding, "Small changes become innovation, and innovation creates sustainable growth." He also added, "Let's open new possibilities and prepare for a greater leap forward," and "We must secure future competitiveness by integrating new technologies such as AI, robotics, and digital twins."
Acting Head No, a smartphone expert who led the development of the Galaxy series and created the 'Galaxy myth,' is leading the DX Division following the late Vice Chairman Han, who passed away on the 25th of last month. He also concurrently serves as Head of the Mobile Experience (MX) Business Division and Chairman of the Quality Innovation Committee.
