Operation of the On-site Grievance Resolution Team
Supporting Work-Family Balance for Working Moms and Dads in Gwangju
The Gwangju Work-Family Balance Support Center is operating the 'On-site Grievance Resolution Team' to support work-family balance for working moms and dads (including those on parental leave) at local small and medium-sized businesses, providing customized professional coaching in various fields.
The 'On-site Grievance Resolution Team' is divided into 'organization coaching' and 'psychological coaching' to help alleviate various conflicts and stress that arise from balancing work and family life. Counseling and service fees are completely free, and applicants can choose their preferred time and location, which will be coordinated with the expert.
'Organization coaching' provides guidance from experts on how to utilize space efficiently and assists with home organization, which can often feel overwhelming. The immediate improvement in the home environment helps working moms and dads who juggle work and family life to feel more at ease.
'Psychological coaching' offers counseling by a color psychology specialist on workplace relationships, job stress, family conflicts, and more. Using color analysis techniques, the specialist explores the unconscious mind and helps relieve emotions that cause stress.
Applications are accepted via email and will be open until the budget is exhausted. Detailed information can be found in the announcements section of the Gwangju Work-Family Balance Support Center website.
Yoon Geonyeol, head of the Work-Family Balance Support Center, said, "We will do our best to help working moms and dads achieve a more balanced life by reducing the various stresses and difficulties that come with balancing work and family."
