In the foreword, Lee states, "Our task is the recovery and growth of the Republic of Korea," adding, "Through ‘public growth,’ we must open the door to a better world. On that path, I, Lee Jae-myung, hope to be used as a loyal tool of the people."

Meanwhile, on the 10th at 10 a.m., Lee released a documentary video message lasting about ten minutes through his YouTube channel, ‘Lee Jae-myung TV,’ among others. The video was reportedly filmed and produced after the impeachment of former President Yoon.

In the video, Lee officially declared his candidacy for the 21st presidential election, saying, "I will create a true Republic of Korea." He pointed to "economic polarization" as the core cause of social conflicts within Korea and proposed restoring growth rates through active investment as a solution. Lee emphasized, "The country has more in total than before, but wealth is concentrated in one place," adding, "With global growth rates declining, it is difficult for the economy to develop through the private sector alone. The economy can revive through government-level workforce training and investment in technology research and development."
