Yangsan Mayor Na Dongyeon Holds Meeting with Civil Petition Officers in Eastern Yangsan

On the 9th, Yangsan City in Gyeongnam held a meeting between Mayor Na Dongyeon and civil servants in charge of civil complaints in Eastern Yangsan.

This meeting was organized to encourage the civil servants at the Woongsang Branch Office and the four districts of Eastern Yangsan who are struggling with malicious complaints, and to listen to their difficulties in order to create a better working environment.

Mayor Na Dongyeon said, "I would like to thank all the civil servants who are handling complex and diverse civil complaints at the forefront of administration. No matter how well administrative services are provided, there will always be a gap between what citizens feel and what is actually done, which I believe can be frustrating. Nevertheless, I hope you will take pride in knowing that it is your dedication and hard work in your respective positions that help resolve residents' inconveniences and sustain our local community."

Yangsan City plans to regularly hold meetings with civil servants in charge of civil complaints to further strengthen communication and to create a pleasant and safe working environment.
