Daegu Mayor Hong Joonpyo, ahead of his retirement on the 11th, promoted and appointed Hong Sungjoo, Director of Disaster and Safety, as the Deputy Mayor for Economic Affairs (58) on the 9th. This move aims to maintain policy continuity amid changes in city administration and to firmly establish a stable foundation for the local economy.
