Positive Response to Construction Quality
Suhyun Co., Ltd.'s premium apartment complex "Osong Station Seohan Idaum Noblis," unveiled in Osong-eup, Cheongju, Chungbuk, has recently received high satisfaction from prospective residents during its pre-inspection event.
Suhyun announced on the 9th that 1,105 out of a total of 1,113 households participated in the pre-inspection held over three days from the 5th to the 7th, achieving a remarkable 99% visit rate.
As defects in newly built apartments have recently become a social issue, the positive response from residents is drawing attention within the industry.
Prospective residents expressed their satisfaction, saying, "There are almost no defects, which is very satisfying," "The differentiated landscaping and community facilities are impressive," and "The large floor plans make the space highly usable, and the finishing details are excellent," indicating a high level of overall quality satisfaction.
In addition to "Osong Station Seohan Idaum Noblis," Suhyun has received praise from residents for its outstanding construction quality in several projects, including "Daebong Seohan Idaum," which was completed last year, and "Duryu Station Seohan Forest," which has finished its pre-inspection.
In fact, the continued management without significant complaints after residents move in is seen as evidence that Suhyun's philosophy of quality earns the trust of its residents.
"Osong Station Seohan Idaum Noblis" is a large-scale complex located in Bongsan-ri, Osong-eup, consisting of one basement level and 25 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 101,182 square meters and 1,113 households.
During the official contract period in 2022, it achieved a 100% contract rate, drawing significant attention from the market.
All units are oriented to the south to maximize sunlight and views, and with differentiated community facilities such as a swimming pool and themed luxury landscaping, the premium value of the "Seohan Idaum" brand has been further elevated.

Last year, it became the only general construction company outside the metropolitan area to receive the Safety and Health Management System (KOSHA-MS) certification, which is awarded to workplaces with established industrial accident prevention systems, setting an example not only in quality but also in safety management.
The KOSHA-MS certification is a system with strict screening standards in Korea, and as of last year, only 24 general construction companies nationwide had obtained this certification.
