Four Training Courses in April:
MZ Generation Communication, Safety, Digital, and More

The Gwangju Office of Education Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute announced on the 9th that it will conduct training sessions on four topics throughout April to strengthen the professionalism of public and private kindergarten teachers.

On April 16 last year, the Gwangju Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute conducted a 'Private Kindergarten New Teacher Job Training' for 40 private kindergarten teachers. Provided by Gwangju Office of Education

The main training sessions include Communication Methods with MZ Generation Parents (11th), Practical Classroom Management (17th), Child Safety Education (18th), and Digital-Based After-School Program Operation (22nd).

The lectures are tailored for different groups such as novice teachers, after-school instructors, and education professionals, and include practice-oriented training. Experts in early childhood education, current vice principals, and safety specialists will participate as instructors.

The institute stated that it will continue to provide practical training so that teachers can actively respond to the changing educational environment.
