Launch of Personalized Mobile Plan Comparison Service
Toss announced on the 9th the launch of the 'Find the Right Plan for Me' service, which helps reduce communication fees.
This service compares mobile communication plans that are cheaper and meet the user's conditions. It was created to help users make rational choices amid complex plan information. The feature allows users to compare plans and connect to subscription in just a few taps.
The entire process is designed intuitively. Even users unfamiliar with communication plans can easily compare the most suitable plans based on fee levels and data usage. If they wish to subscribe, they can immediately move to the respective provider's subscription page.
It is possible to compare and subscribe to plans from four MVNO providers: KB Live Mobile, KT M Mobile, LG HelloVision, and U+ U Mobile. Toss is also coordinating the addition of other communication providers, so the range of choices for users is expected to expand further in the future.
Users can access the service by pressing the 'Find the Right Plan for Me' button in the Toss app. It is also accessible by tapping the magnifying glass icon at the top of the Toss app and searching for 'Find the Right Plan for Me.'
A Toss representative said, "Even though there are opportunities to save thousands to tens of thousands of won on communication fees every month, many miss out due to complex information and procedures," adding, "We hope users can find the right plan for themselves through the Toss app and save on communication fees."
