Choi Ho-gwon, the mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, joined residents on the afternoon of April 8 for the flower path walking parade marking the start of the 'Yeouido Spring Flower Festival.'
The flower path walking parade featured 18 teams, including the ▲Children's Ballet Troupe ▲Disabled Sports Association ▲Korean-Mongolian School, who energized the festival's opening with a lively march among the spring blossoms.
This year's Yeouido Spring Flower Festival, held under the theme 'Garden for All,' runs from April 8 to 12 and offers a variety of performances, exhibitions, and hands-on programs.
Additionally, the 'Yeongdeungpo Spring Flower Discount Event,' linked with local businesses, will provide various discounts throughout April.
Choi Ho-gwon, mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, said, "We hope everyone enjoys the spring atmosphere in Yeouido," adding, "We will do our best to ensure safety so that visitors can comfortably enjoy the festival."
