MyRealTrip Achieves First Annual Profit Since Establishment

MyRealTrip announced on the 8th that it achieved its first annual profit since its founding, recording sales of 89.2 billion KRW and an operating profit of 130 million KRW last year.

The company succeeded in turning a profit last year, with sales and operating profit significantly increasing by more than 67.2 billion KRW and 27.7 billion KRW respectively over two years, from sales of 22 billion KRW and an operating loss of 27.6 billion KRW in 2022.

The driving force behind this achievement was the growth of its core business focused on tours & activities in response to the recovering demand for overseas travel after COVID-19, as well as expanding product lines such as flights, accommodations, and MyPack to maximize profits. Additionally, MyRealTrip explained that by optimizing work processes based on artificial intelligence (AI) and improving cost efficiency, they achieved increased sales and reduced fixed costs.
