Line 3's Anguk Station, which had been bypassed without stopping due to the impeachment trial verdict of former President Yoon Seok-yeol, has resumed subway operations.
Seoul Metro announced that from 4:32 PM on the 4th, the closure and non-stop passage of Anguk Station would end.
Vehicle traffic also resumed on Yulgok-ro near the Constitutional Court, which had been controlled due to concerns over large-scale protests on the road.
On the 3rd, Seoul Metro closed all entrances of Anguk Station from 4 PM and allowed trains to pass through without stopping due to congestion caused by protests near the Constitutional Court. This was in response to police denying permits for protests near Anguk Station amid concerns that demonstrators might occupy the station interior.
Anguk Station resumed normal operations 24 hours after its closure and non-stop passage.
