He described the process from the declaration of martial law, the impeachment motion against former President Yoon, to the Constitutional Court's ruling as "a harsh winter," adding, "The people who fought for the restoration of democracy and constitutional order in front of the National Assembly, at Namtaeryeong, in the squares, and in everyday life achieved Yoon Seok-yeol's dismissal."

Former Governor Kim urged, "Let's embark on a comprehensive overhaul of all political, economic, and social sectors," emphasizing, "We must swiftly restore and normalize the nation damaged by illegal martial law."

He also stressed constitutional reform, saying, "We must also open the door to a new 7th Republic through constitutional amendment," and added, "Regime change is the first button. It must be an overwhelming regime change."

He shared his reflections on the dismissal of former President Yoon, stating, "The people who pushed democracy forward again at every difficult turning point," and said, "Together with the people, we will create a new tomorrow for the Republic of Korea."
