Yoo Seungmin, a former lawmaker and presidential contender for the People Power Party, commented on April 4 regarding the impeachment of former President Yoon Sukyeol by the Constitutional Court, stating, "I respect the decision of the Constitutional Court and take it very seriously."
Through his social media account, Yoo expressed his deep regret, saying, "I am devastated," and added, "I offer my sincere reflection and apology to the public for the conservative administration being halted by a second impeachment."

He emphasized, "We must rebuild the conservative movement," and continued, "If conservatism does not reinvent itself, it cannot earn the trust of the people." He further stated, "We must start again with the resolve of 'no establishment without destruction (bulpabulip).' "
Yoo also said, "I understand that those who opposed the impeachment must be struggling, but I earnestly ask for your support in rebuilding conservatism." He added, "What matters most now is national unity and the future of our country," and stressed, "We must come together for the future of the Republic of Korea, transcending our differences."
