M&C Solution Signs Supply Contract Worth 19.9 Billion KRW with Hanwha Aerospace

Motion & Control defense specialist MNC Solution (CEO Kim Byung-geun) announced on the 4th that it has signed a supply contract with Hanwha Aerospace, contributing to strengthening the core technology of K-defense.

Through this supply contract, MNC Solution will provide hydraulic systems, including the In-arm Suspension Unit (ISU), to the K21 infantry fighting vehicle in the ground weapons sector. The contract period is from April 3, 2025, to September 15, 2028, with a contract value of approximately 19.9 billion KRW.

The In-arm Suspension Unit (ISU) that MNC Solution plans to supply for the K21 infantry fighting vehicle offers superior shock absorption performance and driving stability compared to the torsion bar suspension system mainly applied to existing ground equipment. This reduces crew fatigue and significantly improves the utilization of internal vehicle space, making it an equipment with excellent advantages.

In particular, MNC Solution’s ISU hydraulic suspension is designed with a lightweight structure using high-strength aluminum alloy material, and it is supplied not only to the K21 infantry fighting vehicle but also to the Australian export armored vehicle AS-21 (Redback) infantry fighting vehicle.
