Up to 40% Off Green Onions Nationwide at Hanaro Mart Until the 9th
Jeollanam-do announced on the 4th that, in cooperation with Nonghyup Agribusiness Group, it will hold a discount event at Nonghyup Hanaro Mart stores nationwide to ease consumer price burdens and promote the consumption of green onions produced in Jeollanam-do.
The event will run for seven days until the 9th. With Nonghyup Agribusiness Group supporting the supply price of green onions, consumers can purchase green onions at prices 20-40% lower than usual.
The pre-discount price of one bunch (1kg) of green onions is 2,980 won, but during the event, it can be purchased for 1,780 won. However, the event period may change depending on the depletion of supported quantities.
Green onions are a representative spice, rich in potassium, calcium, and phosphorus, helping to balance nutrients when consuming meat, promoting the elimination of waste and toxins from the body, and are used in a variety of dishes.
Yoo Deokgyu, head of the Food and Horticulture Division of Jeollanam-do, said, "We are promoting this event to stabilize the supply and demand of agricultural products," and added, "We hope this event will help ease consumer price burdens and increase farmers' income. We will continue to cooperate with Nonghyup Agribusiness Group to ensure a stable supply of agricultural products in the future."
