Jinan County in North Jeolla Province has joined hands with Parkpro Co., Ltd. to promote the development of the domestic park golf industry and the revitalization of sports for all.
On the 3rd, the county signed a business agreement with Parkpro Co., Ltd. in the county office's situation room, agreeing to cooperate on expanding the park golf infrastructure and hosting nationwide tournaments.

The signing ceremony was attended by Jeon Choonseong, Governor of Jinan County, Baek Seungchan, CEO of Parkpro Co., Ltd., Jeong Bongun, President of the Jinan County Sports Council, and Kim Changju, President of the Jinan County Park Golf Association.
Park golf is a sport that can be easily enjoyed by people of all ages, and the number of park golf enthusiasts in Korea currently reaches 250,000.
Jinan County is also actively promoting park golf and plans to host the nationwide 'Jinan Hongsam Cup National Park Golf Tournament' from May 17 to June 1. About 1,800 participants from across the country are expected to join this tournament.
Parkpro Co., Ltd., which signed the agreement, is a park golf specialized company established in 2022. Based on innovative technology and expertise, it is leading the industrialization of park golf in Korea. Last October, it contributed to the activation of park golf in the region by hosting the '1st Parkpro Cup Hanmaeum Park Golf Tournament' in Jinan County.
Governor Jeon Choonseong said, "Through this agreement, we will closely cooperate with Parkpro Co., Ltd. to successfully host a nationwide park golf tournament and widely promote the county," adding, "We will do our best to improve the quality and popularization of the park golf industry."
