Emergency Support for Stabilizing Lives and Recovery in Wildfire-Affected Areas
SK Magic announced on the 3rd that it is providing emergency support to stabilize the lives and aid in the recovery of residents in the Yeongnam region severely affected by large-scale wildfires.
This support targets residents in a total of eight areas: Uiseong, Andong, Yeongdeok, Yeongyang, Cheongsong, and Ulju-gun in Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Sancheong and Hadong in Gyeongsangnam-do, where wildfire damage was particularly severe.
SK Magic offers free replacement of filters for its air purifiers to customers affected by the wildfires, and also provides free repairs or replacements of products damaged by the fire to help maintain a more comfortable and safe indoor environment.
SK Magic informed customers of detailed support information through AlimTalk and assigned dedicated consultants to ensure that necessary assistance can be received more promptly.
