"This Money Was Collected from Our Salaries"... Dongui Science University Delivers 10 Million Won for Wildfire Victims

Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Youngdo) has donated 10 million KRW to support victims of the wildfire damage in the Yeongnam region.

On the 1st, President Kim Youngdo of Dong-Eui Institute of Technology delivered the donation to Lee Sutae, Chairman of Busan Community Chest of Korea, at the Busan Community Chest of Korea office.

This donation was raised through monthly salary deductions by the faculty and staff volunteer group of Dong-Eui Institute of Technology. The donated funds will be used for the restoration of wildfire-affected areas and to support the livelihoods of local residents.

President Kim Youngdo stated, "I hope this contribution provides some support to the residents suffering from wildfire damage," and added, "If any future disasters occur, we plan to actively participate in recovery and relief efforts."
