Incheon City announced on the 3rd that it will visualize and disclose the determinants of individual publicly announced land prices for over 630,000 parcels through the 'Map Portal.'
Until now, the city had only disclosed four major items: land use zone, usage status, shape, and road frontage, but starting this year, the scope has been significantly expanded. A total of 20 items affecting individual publicly announced land prices are visualized and disclosed on the map, marking the first case nationwide.
Additionally, to enhance citizens' utilization of real estate information, information on major buildings closely related to daily life, such as libraries and administrative welfare centers, has been marked as points of interest (POI).
Information on individual publicly announced land prices can be checked through the Incheon City Map Portal and is also easily accessible on major portal sites.
An official from Incheon City stated, "To increase transparency and reliability in the process of calculating individual publicly announced land prices, we are the first in the nation to disclose all land characteristic items," adding, "We will continue to develop citizen-centered policies to protect property rights."
