GCNokchipja Wellbeing, a health functional food distribution company, announced on the 3rd that its stomach health functional food, 'Stomach Health En Greensera F,' has been renewed and newly launched.
The renewal, which changed the product name from the existing 'Stomach Health En Greensera' to 'Stomach Health En Greensera F,' features a reduction in calories and an enhanced ingredient composition compared to the previous product. First, fat was completely removed to achieve zero fat content. Additionally, the calorie content was reduced to 22 kcal, allowing consumption without calorie concerns. The secondary ingredient composition was also expanded from 5 types to include 3 additional ingredients such as broccoli extract powder, 15-grain fermented enzyme, and pineapple concentrate powder, containing a more diverse range of plant-based components.
'Stomach Health En Greensera F' is manufactured in a liquid gel type that aids rapid absorption and gently coats the stomach lining. Thanks to this, it can be consumed comfortably even on an empty stomach in the morning, and each packet contains 250 mg of the daily recommended amount of ‘Greensera-F,’ enabling easy stomach health care with just one packet per day.
Meanwhile, Stomach Health En Greensera F is a stomach health functional product developed by GC Nokchipja Wellbeing after 10 years of research. It contains the individually recognized functional ingredient 'Greensera-F (Lonicera japonica flower bud extract),' which was approved for functionality by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in 2019. Greensera-F is a plant-based ingredient, with Lonicera japonica flower bud extract as its core component, recorded in traditional texts such as Bonchogangmok, Donguibogam, and Bangyak Happyeon. It is a rare ingredient that can only be harvested in June and July, just before flowering, and contains a minute amount of the component ‘secoksyroganin,’ which may help protect the stomach lining.
GC Nokchipja Wellbeing was the first in Korea to complete a human application trial of ‘Greensera-F’ on Koreans in 2020 among stomach health functional ingredients.
