Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot service.
By using this chatbot service, users can receive information about the overall district administration, including civil complaints, administration, and welfare, regardless of time and place.
The AI chatbot, which has pre-learned information from the district website (e-Gujeong), understands the context of questions and provides answers, distinguishing it from scenario (FAQ) chatbots.
Using this service, users can receive more appropriate answers to various questions through flexible conversations. The AI chatbot regularly updates its knowledge by learning from the district website (e-Gujeong), ensuring high reliability of information.
In contrast, scenario (FAQ) chatbots are more limited and inefficient because users must include specific sentences or words in their questions and answers to obtain information.
The method to use the service is simple. Users just need to click the chatbot tab at the bottom right of the district website’s main page to activate the conversation function.
Since the AI chatbot continuously learns from conversations with users, it is expected to provide more refined answers in the future.
The district also introduced an AI chatbot service for employees to improve work efficiency. Employees can access the service through the internal administrative portal. This service provides necessary legal and guideline information, including the Personal Information Protection Act, Election Act, and laws related to reconstruction, as well as case law.
There is no need to individually access the National Law Information Center to check legal regulations or interpret case law; this service allows quick lookup and verification of laws.
Going forward, the district plans to analyze frequently used administrative service items and use actual consultation content to continuously verify and correct AI learning to improve the accuracy of the AI chatbot service.
