Daegu Urban Development Corporation (President Jung Myungseop) donated 20 million KRW to the Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea on the 2nd to support recovery efforts from large-scale wildfire damage.
This donation will be used to provide emergency living support for local residents affected by the wildfire and to assist in regional recovery projects. As a leading public enterprise in the Daegu area, Daegu Urban Development Corporation has been continuously fulfilling its social responsibilities and striving for mutual growth with the local community.
Jung Myungseop, President of Daegu Urban Development Corporation, stated, "We extend our deepest condolences to the residents who suffered significant damage from the unexpected large-scale wildfire, and we hope this donation will provide some help in the recovery process and in restoring daily life for the affected residents."
Meanwhile, Daegu Urban Development Corporation has also supported various causes over the past year, including 60 million KRW for housing support for children in poverty, 60 million KRW for the House of Love renovation project, and 30 million KRW for free meal donation programs.
