Digital Desk Operation and Pet-friendly Facilities

Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) announced on the 2nd that it has opened a next-generation digital branch, 'Digital Place,' at the underground shopping mall (HOWWE Mall) between Suyeong and Gwangan Stations on Busan Subway Line 2, to provide convenient financial services to Busan citizens.

The 'Digital Place' at HOWWE Mall is a branch based on digital devices, equipped with a video consultation counter called 'Digital Desk' and a 'Smart Teller Machine (STM)' that customers can operate themselves. In addition, as it is located within a pet-related multi-purpose shopping mall, it offers convenient facilities that can be used by both pet owners and their pets.
The Digital Desk is a counter where customers can communicate with professional consultants via video, allowing for services such as opening new deposit, savings, or housing subscription accounts, loan consultation and application, foreign exchange services, various card issuances, and new internet/mobile banking registration?providing a level of service similar to that of a regular branch.
The HOWWE Mall branch operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, allowing customers to visit and use banking services even after regular branch closing hours. In addition, a 'Digital Advisor' is available to guide customers, including those less familiar with digital finance, on how to use the digital devices easily.
To commemorate the opening, various events are planned, including giving gifts to customers who use the Digital Desk at the 'Digital Place' HOWWE Mall branch starting from April 7.
