- Nearly 10 times more first-priority subscription accounts gathered in Jinhae-gu, Changwon over the past five years
- 60% interest-free interim payment benefit, reasonable sale price set... No resale restrictions or residency requirements
The consortium led by Doosan Construction (Doosan Construction, GS Construction, Kumho Construction) introduced ‘Changwon Mega City Xi & Weave’ in the Jinhae-gu area of Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, which recorded the highest number of subscription applications among Jinhae-gu complexes over the past five years in the first-priority subscription results.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home, ‘Changwon Mega City Xi & Weave,’ which received first-priority subscription applications on April 1, received 3,544 applications for 1,539 households (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 2.3 to 1. Including special supply applications, a total of 4,057 applications were received, with the highest competition rate being 7.67 to 1 for the 84㎡D exclusive area type.
A real estate expert said, “The fact that such results came out in the subscription applications for complexes in Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, is because many demanders accepted that the complex’s product quality and future value are clearly superior,” adding, “Considering that the prices of complexes to be supplied in Jinhae-gu will rise further, it appears that real demanders recognize this as an opportunity now.”
This complex, supplied through the Daeya Station redevelopment maintenance project, is being developed with a total of 2,638 households in 17 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, of which 2,041 households with exclusive areas of 54 to 102㎡ will be sold to the general public. The second-priority subscription application is currently underway, and any subscriber who has joined a subscription account can apply for the second priority regardless of the deposit amount or subscription account subscription period.
Furthermore, resale of the sale rights is possible immediately from the announcement date of the winners, and there is no obligation for actual residence. A fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW and a full 60% interest-free benefit on the interim payment are provided, and it is supplied at a reasonable price compared to complexes sold or occupied nearby, greatly reducing the price burden on demanders. In fact, the complex was supplied at a price more than 100 million KRW lower than the market price of surrounding older complexes.
The announcement of winners will be on Tuesday, April 8, and the official contract will be held for four days from Monday, April 21 to Thursday, April 24. The model house is located in the Jungang-dong area of Seongsan-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongsangnam-do, and the move-in is scheduled for December 2028.
