The expected date of employment is June, after which new hires will undergo orientation and maintenance job training before performing aircraft maintenance tasks. Detailed selection schedules can be found on the website.

Through this recruitment, Jeju Air plans to secure skilled maintenance technicians and continue nurturing new technicians through a systematic training program. Experienced maintenance technicians responsible for flight maintenance and training duties will be recruited on an ongoing basis.

Meanwhile, Jeju Air purchased its third B737-8 aircraft in January and plans to introduce the fourth within the first half of the year.
