The Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) held the '2025 Anti-Corruption and Integrity Training' on the 1st at its headquarters in Naju, with all employees in attendance, aiming to enhance integrity capabilities and foster a culture of mutual respect.
Inviting a professional integrity instructor from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, the training focused on ▲ the integrity qualities public officials must possess ▲ the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act ▲ the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, among other topics, to raise employees' awareness of integrity and discuss measures to prevent corrupt practices in advance.
In particular, solutions were presented for issues arising from perception gaps between ranks, emphasizing the importance of communication and consideration among staff. Additionally, various real-life cases were used to help participants easily understand the laws that public officials must be thoroughly familiar with.
Jeon Jong-hwa, aT's Standing Auditor, stated, "I hope this training serves as a valuable opportunity for all employees to once again reflect on the importance of integrity and to establish the integrity awareness that public officials should uphold."
