Yangsan City Operates Dedicated Task Force for Organizational Diagnosis to Improve Quality of Administrative Services

Organizational Diagnosis to Strengthen Core Competencies
and Improve Productivity

Yangsan City, Gyeongnam Province, will operate a dedicated task force (TF) for organizational diagnosis starting April 1, 2025.

The formation of this task force aims to establish a sustainable administrative system, respond flexibly to changing administrative conditions, and strengthen the foundation for high-quality administrative services.

Yangsan City plans to thoroughly analyze new administrative demands arising from changes in the administrative environment, review the workload and appropriate staffing levels of each department, and develop more efficient organizational management strategies.

In addition, the number of civilian members in the joint public-private organizational diagnosis team will be increased from two to four to enhance the objectivity and reliability of the organizational diagnosis.

The formation of this dedicated organizational diagnosis task force focuses on seeking organizational management strategies that improve productivity in response to securing autonomous organizational rights. Through objective job analysis, the city aims to alleviate work fatigue that may result from continuous personnel reallocations and to establish a foundation for providing higher-quality administrative services to citizens by creating conditions for greater work concentration.

Mayor Na Dongyeon stated, "This organizational diagnosis will lay the groundwork for responding more swiftly and efficiently to the changing administrative environment by addressing both the needs of citizens and internal administrative demands," adding, "We will establish a foundation for each department to perform optimally and provide better administrative services to our citizens."
