Pallyong-dong, Uichang-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam held the April Integrity Day event on the 3rd floor conference room of the Pallyong-dong Administrative Welfare Center on the 1st, with all staff members in attendance.

During the integrity education, the slogan for April was chosen as "Pallyong-dong and Integrity, Our Pride," and key integrity compliance items such as "No Gapjil, Yes to Consideration" were made into placards and recited together.

In addition, staff were reminded to thoroughly implement emergency duties in response to the ongoing severe national wildfire crisis alert, and to submit integrity pledges when supporting contracts and subsidies, as part of major integrity policies.

After the integrity education, the head of Pallyong-dong became the chef of the day and set up an "Integrity Restaurant" with the staff in the meeting room. Kimbap, canap?s, and strawberry drinks were prepared by hand, and the venue was decorated with integrity proverbs and potted plants, including sayings like "Uichang-gu is~ Fully Charged with Integrity." Staff enjoyed the food while reflecting on various integrity proverbs and engaging in conversation.

Jung Jeomju, the head of Pallyong-dong, said, "To mark today's Integrity Day, we prepared food together with the staff to foster a culture of consideration and eliminate Gapjil. Although it takes a long time for a change and spread of the integrity culture, I hope that by having today's integrity meal, staff will take a moment to reflect on integrity and that, just like eating food, the culture of integrity will naturally become part of them."
