Delivering Coffee to Customers as a One-Day Barista at the Headquarters

Shinhan Bank announced on the 1st that it held a 'Charity Event to Help Abandoned Animals' together with actress Jang Nara.

Shinhan Bank Charity Event with Actress Jang Nara to Support Abandoned Animals On March 31, at the Cafe Sweet on the first floor of Shinhan Bank Headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, actress Jang Nara is seen handing coffee to Shin Sang-hyuk, President of Shinhan Bank, during the 'Charity Event to Help Abandoned Animals.' Through Shinhan Premier donation consulting, Jang Nara became the tenth member of the high-value donor group called the 'Honor Society.' Shinhan Bank organized this event to practice sharing together.


On the 31st of last month, Jang Nara served as a barista at Cafe Sweet located on the first floor of Shinhan Bank's headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, delivering coffee to customers during lunchtime. She also conducted a fundraising campaign for abandoned animals targeting employees. The proceeds from coffee sales and the collected funds will be donated to the abandoned animal protection organization 'Cheonsadeul-ui Bogeumjari' (Angels' Shelter) and will be used for protection activities such as home adoption and medical expenses for abandoned animals.


Jang Nara expressed, "I hope this event can convey greater love and interest in abandoned animals."


Meanwhile, through Shinhan Premier donation consulting, Jang Nara recently donated funds to help local residents and children’s families affected by the large wildfire in the Yeongnam region.


A Shinhan Bank official stated, "We will continue to practice sharing through customized donation consulting that adds meaning to our customers' valuable lives."
