The Agricultural Technology Center of Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, announced on the 1st that it was selected as the best institution in the '2024 Rural Development Project Evaluation' hosted by the Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Technology Institute.

This evaluation, conducted on 20 agricultural technology centers in the province, was divided into a first document review and a second presentation review based on 11 categories and 34 detailed indicators, including ▲guidance policy ▲technology dissemination ▲rural resources ▲activation of rural development projects.
The city received balanced scores in all evaluation items and was rated as 'best,' especially receiving high marks in the activation of safe agricultural product production and the Agricultural Science and Technology Information Service (ASTIS) sector.
Lee Sang-in, director of the Anseong-si Agricultural Technology Center, said, "We will continue to do our best to accelerate innovation and development in local agriculture and create agriculture and rural areas that citizens can empathize with and experience."
