Director Jeong was not originally involved in the financial industry. While raising children as a housewife, she experienced the hardship of her spouse’s business going bankrupt. This led her to join Dongyang Life Financial Services through a recommendation from an acquaintance. Although it was an unexpected start, she has now established herself as a trusted expert to numerous clients.


As of last year, Director Jeong signed 477 new contracts. She achieved a 97.2% retention rate at the 7th installment. To increase contract retention, she consistently practices customer management. She continues ongoing consultations based on trust with her clients.


Her secret to success is "consistency" and the "power of positivity." Director Jeong said, "The greatest driving force is when thoughts and actions become habits and naturally continue. Even when difficult and overwhelming moments come, the ability to recover quickly ultimately leads to better results."


The insurance industry is a highly competitive field amid rapidly changing market conditions. Director Jeong carefully reviews insurance-related news and information to recommend the best products to clients. When it is difficult to subscribe to her company’s products, she also has the flexibility to provide optimal alternatives through joint offerings with other companies.


When recommending products, she first examines the products the client currently maintains and the coverage items that are lacking. She proposes the best products considering the client’s health condition and financial situation. Recently, the spouse of a client she has been consulting with for over 10 years was diagnosed with breast cancer. At that time, the client was not very willing to subscribe to insurance. However, Director Jeong conducted the consultation with sincere intent for coverage. Eventually, the client realized the importance of insurance and decided to subscribe. The client’s gratitude for being able to receive coverage afterward brought great fulfillment to Director Jeong.


Director Jeong says, "Clients are like life itself." She added, "Many clients cannot be seen face-to-face, but since they decide to subscribe to insurance based solely on voice and trust, I strive to provide more careful and sincere consultations." Her goal is to continuously work hard so that clients can trust and entrust themselves to Dongyang Life Financial Services and to her.

She aspires to be a counselor who grows by breaking her own records every day.
