EBTI corresponds to the economic version of the MBTI test. It categorizes economic tendencies based on four criteria: economic values, time orientation, investment tendencies, and decision-making styles.
In terms of economic values, it distinguishes between 'Coexistence of Social Values' (C) and 'Personal Achievement Orientation' (M). For time orientation, tendencies are divided into 'Future-Oriented' (F) and 'Present-Priority' (P). Investment tendencies are classified as 'Opportunity-Seeking' (O) and 'Stability-Oriented' (S), while decision-making styles are categorized as 'Analytical' (A) and 'Intuitive' (I). For example, the MFSA type values stable operational management and corresponds to the 'Guardian of Savings and Deposits.' To add fun, suitable occupations and economic idols are also recommended according to each type.
An official from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry said, "We wanted to create an opportunity for our citizens to feel closer to companies," adding, "People will also enjoy finding entrepreneurs with similar tendencies to themselves."
Meanwhile, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry plans to introduce artificial intelligence (AI) services to Sople in June to deepen communication by integrating economic data and assisting in expressing opinions on complex issues. The AI services will include 'AI Search,' which provides integrated economic information, 'AI Summary,' which organizes lengthy and complex materials, and 'AI Draft,' which helps reduce the burden of writing.
