Ansan City Launches Group Tour Program
for City and Daebu Areas
Gyeonggi-do Ansan City announced on the 1st that it will operate the 'Ansan City Tour' program, allowing group tourists to travel to major tourist attractions in the city at an affordable price.
This program, designed for groups of 15 or more, provides the Ansan City Tour Bus. The program operates regular courses divided into 'City Area' and 'Daebu Area.' Reservations are accepted separately for weekdays (Thursday) and weekends (Saturday), and tours are available when there are 15 or more participants. For the convenience of travelers, the city arranged for the tour bus to depart not only from Ansan Jungang Station but also from Seoul Gwanghwamun Station.
The weekday city area course includes Ansan Reed Wetland - Multicultural Street - Industrial History Museum - Lake Park Marine Academy Kayak Experience. The weekday Daebu area course consists of Siwha Lake Tidal Power Plant Observatory - Daebu Fragrance Theme Park (Daesong Wetland) - Bangameori Food Alley - Gubongdo (Daebu Haesolgil Course 1).
On weekends, courses centered on culture and arts are organized. The city area course operates Kim Hongdo Street - Tourism Dure Chwiam History - Ansan Eupseong (Suam Village Exhibition Hall), while the Daebu area course passes through Tando Port - Fishing Village Folk Museum & Nue Island Lighthouse - Sea Scent Arboretum (Imagination Observatory) - Siwha Lake Tidal Power Plant.
If a group of 20 or more forms a customized itinerary including three or more major tourist courses, they can also use the Ansan City Tour bus tailored to their needs. Starting from the 1st, as part of the Ansan City Tour launch event, reservations are open for the 'Pink Road in Ansan' course, which follows Ansan's cherry blossoms. This program will operate for two days on the weekend of the 4th and the holiday on the 5th.
