Daejeon Cultural Foundation Donates 5.1 Million Won for Wildfire Recovery Fund Baek Chunhee, CEO of Daejeon Cultural Foundation, and Lee Jungjae, Chair of the Labor-Management Council of Daejeon Cultural Foundation, donated funds to Kang Domuk, Vice Chairman of the Daejeon Community Chest of Korea. / Daejeon Cultural Foundation

Daejeon Cultural Foundation announced on the 1st that it has donated 5.1 million KRW to support recovery efforts for the large-scale wildfires that occurred in areas such as Uiseong-gun, Gyeongbuk and Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam.


This donation was initiated by a proposal from the labor-management council of Daejeon Cultural Foundation to support the livelihoods and restore the living environments of residents affected by the wildfires, with CEO Baek Chunhee and other executives and staff members joining together for the cause.


CEO Baek Chunhee stated, "Daejeon Cultural Foundation will continue to grow as an institution that works together with the local community."


Meanwhile, Daejeon Cultural Foundation carries out a variety of social contribution activities every year, such as delivering kimchi of love, maintaining the National Cemetery, and promoting green culture initiatives.
