Through the AI First program, Sling plans to advance Orzo's AI technology by utilizing ▲dedicated mentoring for each stage of AI technology ▲expert advice in areas such as product, business, and leadership ▲Google Cloud credits, aiming to develop new AI problem-solving features that cover not only domestic but also global users and innovate the learning experience.

Orzo, an essential tablet learning app for exam takers, features a proprietary AI problem recognition engine developed by Sling, providing not only a digitalized problem-solving learning environment but also real-time customized problem-solving approaches and explanations through the conversational AI tutor ‘Orzo AI Coach’.

As a result, Orzo has surpassed 800,000 cumulative downloads and, following last year, achieved the No. 1 free education app ranking on the App Store again in March this year with the new semester, maintaining a top position to date amid high learning demand from middle and high school students.

Gangmin Ahn, CEO of Sling, said, “We will utilize the AI First program to further advance the AI technology we possess and build Orzo optimized for user experience. In particular, by focusing on the global market entry know-how secured by Google for Startups, we will add momentum to Sling’s ongoing efforts for global expansion.”
