Daewoo E&C and LH to Hold Final Subscription for Gyosan Prugio The First This Month

Daewoo E&C announced on the 1st that it will conduct the official subscription for Gyosan Prugio The First, which is being sold in Block A-2 of the Hanam Gyosan District in Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, in collaboration with Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) this month. It is the first official subscription complex in Gyosan New Town, which is considered one of the best locations among the 3rd phase new towns.

The complex consists of 10 buildings with 29 floors above ground and 2 basement levels. Out of a total of 1,115 households with exclusive areas ranging from 51 to 59㎡, some will be supplied through the official subscription. As a public sale project with private participation, the price ceiling system applies. The Hanam Gyosan District is being developed in areas including Cheonhyeon-dong, Gyosan-dong, and Chungung-dong in Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do. It plans for approximately 33,000 housing units and a population of about 78,000. It is designed as a self-sufficient city where residences and jobs coexist.

The new apartments are close to Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 3 (Songpa-Hanam Line, planned) and Hanam Geomdansan Station on Line 5. It is convenient to travel to Seoul and major metropolitan areas via the Jungbu Expressway and the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway. There are plans to additionally construct the Dongnamdo Connection Road and the Seoul-Yangpyeong Expressway, which is expected to improve transportation conditions. Hanam City Hall Station is planned to be served by the GTX-D line of the metropolitan wide-area express railway. The area is equipped with living convenience facilities such as the city hall, large shopping centers, and large marts, and is close to Geomdansan Mountain and Hangang Ecological Park. Various communal facilities for residents will be provided within the complex.
