At this shareholders' meeting, ▲ auditor's audit report ▲ business report ▲ status report on the internal accounting management system were presented. In the subsequent resolutions, three agenda items were proposed: ▲ approval of the 2024 (12th term) separate and consolidated financial statements ▲ approval of the director remuneration limit ▲ approval of the auditor remuneration limit, all of which were passed without difficulty.

The 2024 financial statements received an "appropriate" opinion from the external auditor (Hanmi Accounting Corporation), officially recognizing the company's financial soundness and accounting transparency.

Skyworldwide implemented a major organizational restructuring and cost structure optimization in 2024, reducing its workforce to about half and downsizing office space to 25% of the previous size, focusing on cutting fixed costs. Additionally, by early repayment of approximately 15.4 billion KRW out of 28 billion KRW in convertible bonds (CB), the company succeeded in reducing total debt by about 54.4% compared to the previous year.

Along with this, Skyworldwide added various AI solution developments based on its core competency in data analytics to its business objectives through an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held last month.

The newly added key business areas include ▲ AI marketing solution development and provision ▲ AI 3D data labeling ▲ AI agent solution development and service sales ▲ AI e-commerce hyper-personalized targeting ▲ AI supply chain optimization ▲ AI financial risk analysis ▲ AI healthcare data analysis and research support, reflecting a strategy to expand AI utilization across industries.

Shin Jae-hyuk, CEO of Skyworldwide, said, “Skyworldwide is pursuing strategic changes to transform its revenue structure centered on AI technology and realize long-term corporate value enhancement beyond simple business expansion. We will continue to innovate technologically and complete a sustainable growth model that combines financial soundness and technological competitiveness.”
