Controversy has arisen as suspicions have been raised regarding the organized instigation of false complaints and collective attacks against a specific public official, referred to as B, during the process of forming the representatives for Oryong A Apartment in Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do.

This incident has emerged as a serious issue that goes beyond resident conflict and interferes with the official duties of a public servant. As a result, the victimized official, Mr. B, is strongly demanding a thorough investigation, and there are increasing calls for a strict response from the relevant authorities.

Recently, at Oryong A Apartment in Muan-gun, disputes over management issues and fairness in the formation of the election management committee have intensified conflicts among some residents. In particular, suspicions have been raised that Mr. D systematically led repeated false complaints and complaint-related online posts targeting official B. A formal accusation was filed with the Muan Police Station on the 10th regarding this matter.

According to the accusation filed on the 31st, the accused, Mr. D, instructed on two occasions?October 25 and December 10 of last year?to submit false complaints. Mr. C acted on these instructions but later realized the seriousness of the issue and turned himself in. Mr. C, expressing guilt and mental anguish, accused Mr. D of being an instigator, defamation, and obstruction of business.

Plaintiff Mr. C stated, "I received instructions from Mr. D to file complaints and carried them out. I also posted comments online targeting Mr. B. After realizing that these complaints were based on false information, I felt guilty and decided to reveal the truth by filing this accusation."

The victim, Mr. B, said, "I am relieved that the truth has finally come to light. There should never again be a situation where public officials are collectively instigated to be the target of complaints simply because of their position. If the investigation confirms the facts, there must be strict punishment, as only then can collective selfishness disappear from our society."

Meanwhile, Mr. B is reportedly receiving psychiatric treatment due to severe stress caused by the repeated false complaints and complaint-related online posts.
