At the core of SK hynix's management system lies SKMS (SK Management System), a unique group management value. The 'SKMS&Growth' organization, responsible for the growth and human resource development (HRD) of SK hynix members, plans to foster talent in line with the AI era.

Songman Lee, Vice President of SK hynix SKMS&Growth, stated in an interview with the SK hynix Newsroom on the 31st, "As a company leading AI innovation, we must also put more effort into nurturing AI talent," "and this year, we are preparing programs to cultivate AI experts and expand the system for their utilization to enhance AI capabilities and change the way we work."

Vice President Lee joined SK hynix in 2022 after 27 years of working within the SK Group on talent development and spreading the group's unique management system, SKMS. He currently leads the SKMS&Growth organization, which drives the growth of SK hynix members and systematically supports the overall human resource development process of the members.

SK hynix plans to actively utilize AI and foster experts in the HRD field. Under the motto "The company grows when its members grow," the company intends to concentrate its entire organizational capabilities on nurturing its members.

Vice President Lee explained, "We have selected and will concretize key tasks for this year, including internalizing SKMS to build a flexible and strong one team, supporting technological innovation through proactive capability enhancement, improving SKHU (SK hynix University) 5.0, and leadership development programs." He added, "If SK hynix members actively utilize various growth support programs, they will achieve satisfactory expertise and growth."

He especially highly values the growth desires of the members and expressed his commitment to fully satisfying their will and needs for growth. He said, "The members' own 'will and desire' to grow is very encouraging," and added, "Overcoming the recent downturn was the result of the members' efforts and SK hynix's DNA, which embodies the SKMS philosophy. We will strive to provide the optimal environment for change and growth."
