'Corporate Environmental Technicians On-site Communication Meeting'
The Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Environmental Safety Managers Council and the Gyeongbuk Western Environmental Technicians Association held a 'Corporate Environmental Technicians On-site Communication Meeting' on the 3rd floor conference room of the Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the 27th.
This meeting was held under the theme of "Harmonious Coexistence and Development of Environment and Corporate Economy," aiming to strengthen communication with environmental technicians in the western Gyeongbuk region and to promote balanced development between businesses and the environment.
Approximately 50 people attended the meeting, including Chairman Jin Youngsik, Association President Do Seonghwan, environmental technicians, and Ryu Jaeuk, Director of Environmental Management Division of Gyeongsangbuk-do.
With the theme of harmonious coexistence and development between the environment and corporate economy, the event aimed to strengthen communication with environmental technicians in the western Gyeongbuk region and promote balanced growth between companies and the environment.
The meeting covered a variety of topics, including the main policy directions of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Environmental Management Division for 2025, major cases of workplace violations, presentations on the latest environmental management cases utilizing IoT technology, and listening to the difficulties faced by companies.
Ryu Jaeuk, Director of Environmental Management Division of Gyeongsangbuk-do, emphasized, "We appreciate the efforts of environmental technicians who are striving to comply with environmental policies. Moving forward, we will establish a systematic environmental management system to improve regulations on emission facilities and foster the environmental technology industry, while further strengthening communication with technicians."
Jin Youngsik, Chairman, stated, "We will spare no effort in providing various forms of support so that environmental technicians can comply with sustainable environmental policies, and we will continue to create opportunities for communication so that voices from the field can be reflected in policies."
