According to Gimpo-si on the 28th, Doil Corporation recently donated 2,689 North Face clothing items (worth a total of 172.3 million KRW), taking the lead in supporting vulnerable groups in Gimpo-si.

The donated clothing was delivered to children and adults in need through facilities for the disabled, small-scale child facilities, local children’s centers, immigrant organizations, and welfare centers.

Through this, it provided practical help to neighbors experiencing economic difficulties and contributed to spreading a warm culture of sharing within the local community.

Jung Hong-ju, CEO of Doil Corporation, said, “Although it is a small sincerity, we believe it is important for companies to fulfill their social responsibilities and grow together with the local community,” adding, “We will continue to practice ongoing sharing as a company that works with the local community.”

The director of a local children’s center who received help through this donation said, “The children were delighted to receive clothes from a famous maker, and we are grateful for the customized donation as clothes were needed for the new school term.”

The donation ceremony was held together with the institutions without a separate ceremony, according to the donor’s wish for a quiet donation.
